Our Pilates classes in Boston UK focus on the entire body and regardless of your fitness level, will deliver a range of health benefits. When you join a block of our weekly Pilates classes, we make it easy by providing the required equipment. All you need to bring is a head cushion which can be as simple as a folded towel!

£10 per class* - includes the option to attend weekly Zoom classes.
